Here's one from Dillard—of whom, in view of the hype surrounding his deals, I'm not a fan.
That said, and credit-where-due, this clip is sensible stuff. With a good minimalist and decidedly un-hypey presentation, it's well-worth a watch.

Spot-on. Can't fault that… and I'm also with him on 'you need to advertise'—although I disagree that 'funded proposal' is a real solution as they're waaaay-less effective than suggested.
